Limitation of Warranties

By hiring the service, you understand and agree that all resources and services I provide are “as is” and “as available” and are personal opinions. 

Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified mental health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or mental health. I assume no liability for any decision made or action taken by the client as result out of the services or recommendations provided.  

I. I DO NOT offer professional Psychological/Psychotherapy services. 

II. All my recommendations and feedback are personal opinions or points of view and they are not based on an expert’s opinion nor mental health professional based on the Canadian regulations. 

III. I DO NOT provide sexual services of any kind.

IV. There is NO tolerance (zero tolerance) for any kind of harassment, physical/verbal abuse or unacceptable behavior. 

V. I reserve the right to terminate a service if my safety or the safety of others is at risk.

VI. Inappropriate behavior, any illegal or irregular circumstances/settings of the client or its companions will result in the immediate cessation of the service and payments will NOT be refunded. As well the client will be banned from future services. 

VII. I DO NOT engage in any illegal activities and I have the right to leave or refuse the service.

VIII. I reserve the right of not accepting a service in the assessment. 

IX. All expenses incurred during the hours of the service shall be covered by the client.

X. If the service is out of the city of Toronto transportation shall be covered by the client. 

XI. Any client who has breached confidential information spoken during the time of the service, other than using it to recommend the service, may be banned for future services.

XII. If service requires travel arrangements proof of identification will be required for security purposes.

XIII. To hire the service, you must be 18 years or older, if underage your parents or guardian must grant a written consent. 

XIV. I DO NOT or I´m not obligated to disclose or discuss my personal life.

XV. I reserve the right to accept or deny any services or leave the service at any time if there are changes of services agreed on and the payment will NOT be refunded. 

XVI. You are solely responsible of any consequences that may directly or indirectly occur due to any unauthorized activities conducted by you that were not stated in the agreement and may incur economical, criminal or civil liability.
