Privacy & Personal Information

Information is required to establish a relationship and serve the client´s needs. The information is filled and it comes directly from the client. The information collected is limited to what is needed and necessary for the purposes of the service. Your written consent will be obtained if I wish to use your information for any other purpose such as client testimonials or references.  In order to assess your needs, requirements and/or expectations and further continue with the service, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself and/or the person who is requesting the service such as contact information, name, address, phone number, email address, gender or any data about yourself that you choose to provide. You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and factual.

The collection of personal information is only to provide the service to the client (user). For example, information about clients’ needs can be collected in order to assess client expectations and provide options of the service. Another example in the purpose for collecting personal

information is to obtain an overview and create an ongoing record in case the client is looking more of a coaching service so it is possible to monitor progress or identify the motives and desire of change and progression.  As well personal information is used to answer any questions the client might have about the services provided, hiring the service and booking appointments.  Personal information is not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties unless we provide the client with advance notice and written approval or request to provide information to another party. The necessary information is collected for the sole purposes related to the provision of the service and for the safety of the provider.

Confidentiality

All interactions which take place in the setting of the service are considered confidential I will not disclose any information acquired. This includes requests by telephone, mail, zoom, interactions, appointments, meetings, notes, agreements or any other mean of communication. If requested by the client I will not verify that you are a client, unless it involves police or court matters. You may choose to give me permission in writing to release any specific personal information about you or the service with the purpose of references, recommendations, testimonials as well if you request to release information to a third party.
